It is the young Samuel ministered before the Lord Eli. And the word of the Lord was rare in those days … And … the Lord called Samuel. …

Then the Lord said to Samuel: “Here, I want … Eli demonstration against all those whom I spoke …

So Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him and left none of his words fall to earth. And all that Israel … knew that Samuel was already defined as a prophet of the Lord. (1 Samuel 3:1-2,11-12,19-20, NKJV)

So Samuel told Israel throughout the house and said: “If you return to the Lord with all your heart, then the city of foreign gods and Ashtoreths of you, and to prepare your hearts the Lord alone; He wants And you provide the hands of Philistines. “So the children of Israel by removing Baals and Ashtoreths, and not serving the Lord.

And they … fasted this day, and said: “We have sinned against the Lord .”…

Thus the children of Israel said to Samuel, ‘Do not stop crying, Lord, our God for us, he keeps us from the hands of Philistines. ”

… Then the Lord called Samuel for Israel, and the Lord answered him.

Then the Philistines have been mitigated, and it came not in Israel. And the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines, all the days of Samuel.

And Samuel Israel appreciates all the days of his life. (1 Samuel 7:3,4,6,8,9,13,15, NKJV)

… Samuel was the former … He did his son judges on Israel …. But his son was not his foot in the nature and manner …

Then, all former met the Israel and Samuel came to Ramah, and told him: “… Now we have to judge a king, as we all peoples.”

But the thing désapprouvèrent Samuel … And the Lord said to Samuel, “Notes on the voice of the people in everything they tell you, because they have not rejected, but they refused to me that I did not reign over them. (1 Samuel 8:1, 3 -7, NKJV)

Samuel (literally: “If God”), an Ephraimite (a descendant of Joseph), the son of Elkanah and Hannah, was designed miraculous as the result of prayer (1 Samuel 1:1-20), and bearing in mind the fact that the prince as a gift: he was Jewish slave of Eli, the high priest (1 Samuel 1.21-2.11). Since Samuel was a Levite, nor yet a priest, he was forbidden to touch the One of the things sacred in the tabernacle, the tabernacle itself, the altar before the tabernacle, and even the curtains of the courtyard around the tabernacle. It was actually behind low on the performance of these tasks, water, the wood for the fire, tanning hides, and the reception of waste, but he has his work for the Lord.

Because of his loyalty, the Lord called Samuel and gave him a prophetic voice against Eli, his master. He reluctantly context, the words of the Lord on Eli and, as a follow-up to Samuel’s faithfulness, the Lord him up a prophet in the eyes of all Israel. Years later, Samuel was able to inspire his reputation, a revitalization and restoration of Israel relationship with the Lord. Upon admission, the Lord of the Philistines amortized Samuel desire and prevents the parties from the war against Israel every day of his life.

When Samuel was old, he tried his son as a judge on Israel, but the former refused and asked for a king. Even if Samuel felt rejected right, and even in custody, Israel on the consequences of their request, the son of Saul was king of Kish Israel (1 Samuel 10:17-25).

So what lessons we can learn from Samuel? First, the Lord does not respect the rank: he believes that the high priests and even slaves. Secondly, with regard to the Lord high on the enthusiastic and faithful implementation of a ministry staff, whatever the mission may also be low in the eyes of the world. Thirdly, fidelity leads to increased levels anointing. Forth, the Lord leaves us never give up, even if we can be refused, the very people to benefit most from our service.
